    Flatinrome has established an exclusive partnership with the Bioparco di Roma (https://www.bioparco.it/), the historic zoological garden in the heart of Villa Borghese that hosts and protect endangered animals from all over the world. As part of this collaboration, we have chosen to adopt Cape penguins to actively contribute to their protection and the preservation of biodiversity!

    Thanks to this partnership, our guests can purchase fixed-rate discounted tickets for €12 for both adults and children (free entry for children under 1 meter in height).

  • Would you like to check out after the standard time?

    We always try to accommodate our guests free of charge if they need a late check-out, but this is not always possible. If you want to ensure a late check-out:

    For apartments:
    Guaranteed check-out from the standard time (10:00 AM) until 12:00 PM: 50% of the additional night rate.
    Guaranteed check-out after 12:00 PM: 100% of the additional night rate.
    Luggage storage available upon request.

    For rooms:
    Guaranteed check-out from the standard time (11:00 AM) until 1:00 PM: 50% of the additional night rate.
    Guaranteed check-out after 1:00 PM: 100% of the additional night rate.
    Luggage storage available upon request.
